MICHAEL MCNAMARA
Founder and CEO
Michael is the founder and CEO of Silver Fox Business Services, bringing decades of combined accounting, tax, business operations, and leadership experience to his clients. He began his career as a full-time accountant, spending five years working directly in the field before entering education, and continued providing bookkeeping and tax services throughout his teaching career. Today, Michael draws on that deep practical experience to help business owners strengthen their financial systems, understand their numbers, improve profitability, and make confident strategic decisions.
He also spent more than two decades as an educator and organizational leader, including serving as a department chair responsible for staff leadership, budgeting, program management, and large-scale initiatives. He has served as treasurer and chairman on several boards and local government committees. This unusual combination of financial expertise and executive leadership shapes Silver Fox’s practical, people-centered approach: precise accounting, clear communication, reliable systems, and advice grounded in how organizations actually operate. Michael works closely with each client as a trusted financial partner, helping them move beyond simply maintaining their books toward building stronger, healthier, and more sustainable businesses.
JENNIFER CINTRON
Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer serves as Chief Operating Officer at Silver Fox Business Services, where she helps oversee the firm's day-to-day operations while supporting clients with bookkeeping and tax preparation services. With more than 20 years of experience spanning operations, client service, team management, and administrative support. She brings a highly organized and people-focused approach to her work.
At Silver Fox, Jennifer combines a diverse management experience in the fitness and hospitality industries with her expertise in accounting and tax preparation to help keep both the firm and its clients organized and moving forward. She works closely with clients on financial recordkeeping, account reconciliation, QuickBooks, tax preparation, and ongoing administrative needs, while also helping develop and streamline Silver Fox's internal systems and processes. She is known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Jennifer is committed to making the financial side of running a business feel more organized, approachable, and manageable for Silver Fox clients.
EMILY DALY
Bookkeeper
Emily is a bookkeeper and restaurant systems specialist with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the restaurant industry. Her passion lies in assisting restaurant owners to bridge the gap between back-of-house operations and financial health. Over the last two decades, she has specialized in implementing efficient systems that take the stress out of the day-to-day, allowing hospitality teams to focus on what they do best; serving great food and creating memorable guest experiences.
Emily plays a key role for Silver Fox restaurant clients as a point of sales specialist, ensuring that mapping of sales and expenses integrates smoothly with a client’s accounting software. She also provides key analytics from restaurant operations, helping to use POS reports and observations to streamline workflows, optimize the use of staff, and increase profitability through menu engineering.
