KPI Dashboard App End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement governs use of the KPI Dashboard App provided by Silver Fox Business Services (“Silver Fox”) to its clients and their authorized users. A separate written services agreement with a client controls the scope and fees for Silver Fox’s services. If that agreement conflicts with this one, the signed services agreement controls.

Permitted use

Silver Fox grants each client a limited, nonexclusive right to use the app for its own internal business reporting during its engagement with Silver Fox. The client may give access only to people it authorizes and is responsible for managing their access to the dashboard and connected accounts. The app may not be resold or made available to an unrelated organization without Silver Fox’s consent.

Connected data and reports

With the client’s authorization, the app may retrieve information from connected accounting, point-of-sale, and banking services and display selected information in a dashboard. The current QuickBooks connection is intended to retrieve information for reporting; it does not initiate payments or post accounting transactions. Silver Fox will obtain separate authorization and update the applicable disclosures before adding a feature that does so.

Dashboard figures depend on the timing and accuracy of source systems, client entries, and assumptions. Users should check material figures against the source records before paying bills or making significant decisions. The app does not replace the client’s accounting records or its responsibility for approvals and financial controls.

Data and access

The client retains ownership of its business data. Silver Fox retains ownership of the app, its code, and its report design, subject to any different terms in the client’s written services agreement. Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information as required by that agreement.

The client may revoke a connected service’s authorization through that service. Revocation stops future retrieval from that source but does not by itself remove information already included in a dashboard. The KPI Dashboard App Privacy Policy explains how Silver Fox handles retained copies.

Availability and termination

Silver Fox may maintain, change, or temporarily suspend the app to address security, reliability, or service issues. Access ends when the applicable services agreement ends, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Third-party services, including QuickBooks and Google, remain subject to their own terms and availability.

To the extent permitted by law, warranties, remedies, and limits of liability are governed by the client’s written services agreement. Silver Fox may update this agreement as the app changes and will give clients notice of material changes before they take effect.
